THE OPPORTUNITY
Seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities Coordinator to serve as the point of contact for onsite staff and the Facilities/Corporate Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative duties and provide exceptional support to employees and vendors while ensuring safety and operational efficiency. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Perform administrative tasks and manage front desk responsibilities Onsite point of contact for all facility-related issues Report building issues, such as leaks and lighting problems, to building management for attention Greet and assist vendors as needed Oversee all common area and office space within the respective footprint Stock, inventory and organize all pantries/kitchens Process supply orders and distribute items to all onsite departments Make sure that copy paper and all supply items are adequately stocked at each copy and printer station Maintain cleanliness of common areas on a daily basis Assist with office luncheons and meetings Coordinate employee set-ups for new hires and hoteling stations Coordinate office/cubicle moves (i.e., new hires/transfers/terms) Handle facilities requests through email and ticket submissions Responsible for all mail room related duties (i.e., FedEx, UPS, USPS, couriers, etc.) Receive, sort and distribute all incoming mail Collect, stamp and drop off/send out all outgoing mail Ensure all necessary parcel supplies are adequately available Review invoices prior to managements review Support all facilities to assist in safety standards and protocols Assist on various facility related projects on an as needed basis Provide ongoing support to corporate real estate, travel and the strategic procurement departments Treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire the trust of others; work ethically and with integrity; uphold organizational values; accept responsibility for own actions. WHAT YOU’LL BRING
1-2 years of administrative experience High school diploma is required Associate’s degree or higher is preferred A self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach to facility management. Health and safety knowledge Good communication skills Strong organizational skills Proficient in Excel and Word

SALARY RANGE
The full-time base salary range for this position is $41,000.00 - 46,000.00 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
