Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Maintenance Tech - LT Precision Michigan to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the facilities management team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech - LT Precision Michigan

Location: Holland, MI

Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000

What's the Job?

Conduct preventative maintenance checks and identify potential issues early on building systems. Manage contractors for repairs and maintenance to ensure timely and effective service. Ensure facility compliance with codes such as building, fire, plumbing, and more. Manage building and equipment insurance to protect organizational assets. Develop and monitor the facility management budget to optimize resources.

What's Needed?

Strong communication skills, with the ability to facilitate communication between headquarters and on-site teams. Ability to monitor safety systems including fire, security cameras, and motion sensors. Experience in managing maintenance and repair projects effectively. Willingness to provide Korean-English interpretation as needed. A proactive mindset towards identifying and resolving facility-related issues.
