We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator / Health & Safety Analyst to join our ever evolving team to help us unleash the potential of every business..
What you'll own
Facilities Management
Coordinates facilities issues for corporate locations.
Receives facilities service requests, e.g., cabling, lighting, electrical, video conferencing and coordinates with vendor for repairs
Performs facilities administration activities associated with employee and contractor new set-up, change requests, and work orders
Monitors ongoing requests to ensure tasks are completed within set timeframe. Provides necessary follow-up and status updates to customers
Coordinates internal compliance audit activities for the facilities department
Works with internal employees and managers as well as building landlords and vendors
Notifies property management of expected equipment deliveries or contractor arrivals and arranges for access
Coordinates facilities cleaning between building and administrative staff by helping to define duties and schedules
Purchases or oversees purchase of new services, equipment and/or supplies for the department.
Maintains inventory listing of fixed assets and office equipment, e.g., terminals, copiers, printers
Coordinates internal audit activities of facilities and equipment and maintains records of audit activities, findings and action plans and communicates audit-related issues with management.
Health & Safety
Develops and implements corporate safety policies to comply with safety and health requirements
Develops safety program documentation, employee safety handbook and education materials, publishes appropriate documentation and provides safety training to employees as needed throughout Worldpay
Conducts employee training in emergency response, life safety, earthquakes and fire hazards
Conducts safety surveys and recommends corrective action
Responds to emergencies, investigates accidents and recommends corrective action
Completes required reports relating to safety
Conducts compliance program audits, internal safety audits of owned and leased facilities and other audits as appropriate.
Ensures compliance to changes in policies and procedures with all applicable safety, health and environmental regulations
Stays abreast of changes in government legislation
Assists in the development and annual review of emergency evacuation plans for each location
Supports facilities managers in safety process and procedure implementation.

What you bring
Knowledge of project management with the ability to multi-task ongoing projects of varying size and complexity
Knowledge of use of office equipment required
Knowledge of health and safety requirements SSM, SU and Security
Knowledge of operating procedures of all offices and facilities
Proficient written and oral communication skills in dealing with employees or external customers/clients
Proficiency in emergency response, life safety, industrial hygiene and chemical and fire hazard procedures
Proficiency in presenting materials/ doing training sessions
