This role will coordinate the movement & operations pertaining to all facilities and administrative services.

About the Role

Responds to on-call facilities concerns.Support in setting up pantry equipment’s/appliance.Regular replenishment of pantry and office supplies.Support in the management of proximity cards, company ID for the clientSupport in liaising with building admin for gate pass, building permits, parking access.
 

About You:

2+ years’ experience in customer facing / customer-service role/s.Good written and oral communication and presentation skill. Client Relationship experience. Good coordination skills to balance competing and conflicting priorities and demands.Energetic, anticipate demands and be proactive within the scope of the role.Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
