GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Provides a wide variety of facilities department and staff support services to the organizational unit.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs facilities department support activities such as scheduling/coordinating meetings, activities, events and/or travel. (35%)Performs duties to facilitate daily operations such as phone triage, vendor schedulingCompile and process data related to budgets, JCAHO, CI, etc. Maintain records for Safety Committee. (10%)Effectively handles information, requests and questions while adhering to confidentiality guidelines. (10%)Supports programs and/or processes specific to the operating unit served. (10%)Serves as liaison with others, within and outside the company, regarding facilities issues. (10%)May process payroll information for appropriate departments.Performs other duties as assigned or required.QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum
High school diploma or GED; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred
