Position SummaryThe Facilities Corporate Services Manager ensures an optimal workplace experience and environment for teammates located at our Nashville based corporate headquarters.
This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the front of house daily operations, corporate aircraft administration and other administrative programs. The Facilities Corporate Services Manager will oversee a team responsible for providing services with alignment to Bridgestone’s cultural and operational expectations and will often interact with our executive leadership team, executive assistants, business leaders, customers, and guests. The role will be onsite, 5 days a week.
ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of the front of house daily operations of the Bridgestone tower facility including management of our conferencing center, switchboard operations, food services, mail services as well as corporate aircraft administration.Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure quality service delivery.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for efficient and safe facility operations.Identify and implement operational improvements while providing a great self-service/end user experience, leveraging technology and tools where needed.Partner with various businesses and functions on special events and activities to ensure facilities support meets the needs of the overall business objectives.Create and execute an audit plan to regularly inspected and review processes and standards to ensure and the company is compliant and meets regulatory requirements.Create and implement the strategy to govern the day-to-day operational activities of the facility.Assist with managing budgets, forecasts, and expenditures related to facilities corporate services.Oversee workplace health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local regulations.Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the team of facilities and administrative services teammates and contractors.Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business, or related field.Plus 3-5 years of experience or the equivalent total years in facility management, project management, or real estate.Strong operational leadership of multiple services with a proven track record of success.Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to adapt to change when necessary.Bridgestone is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
