Facilities & Development Project Manager Compensation and Benefits

 Facilities & Development Project Manager Qualifications

Bilingual English / Spanish, required High School Diploma or GED, required. Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Proven ability to solve problems creatively. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously. Conflict resolution skills Capacity to manage high-stress situations. Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – 3+ years of Project Management experience

Facilities & Development Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and budgets for facility renovations, construction, and maintenance to meet company needs. Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. Develop and manage detailed project schedules to minimize disruption and meet milestones. Monitor project costs, schedules, and progress, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines while identifying cost-saving opportunities. Lead communication with stakeholders, manage vendor contracts, and apply industry best practices to ensure safety, quality, and compliance in facility projects.
