**Job Title: Facilities Director** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Facilities Director to manage and oversee our healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in HVAC, facilities maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and vendor management. This role requires a Professional Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical) experience and excellent supervisory skills to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. **Responsibilities** + Manage and supervise the maintenance of all healthcare facilities. + Oversee HVAC systems and ensure they are functioning efficiently. + Coordinate and manage plumbing and electrical maintenance. + Handle vendor management and ensure timely completion of projects. + Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. + Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards. + Provide excellent customer service and address any facility-related concerns promptly. + Manage and oversee trades personnel to maintain facility operations. **Essential Skills** + Facilities maintenance + Plumbing + Electrical + HVAC + Vendor management + Facility management + Healthcare management + Troubleshooting + Mechanical + OSHA compliance **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + EPA certification + Class A License / NJ Seal License + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Experience in healthcare facilities + Strong customer service skills **Why Work Here?** Competitive salary and benefits package.
