Our client, a top global private equity company, is seeking an experienced Facilities Director to help support smooth office operations in their NYC and Greenwich, CT offices. The hours are 9am-6pm and this role will be in office (across three offices) five days per week. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to lead by example and work with senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of vendor relationship management including vetting, negotiating and maintaining agreementsManage contracts, billing and invoicing across a wide variety of vendorsHire, train and manage a variety of office services staff across multiple buildingsLiaise with building management regarding HVAC, security and safety protocols and renovationsMaintain smooth operations for onsite cafeteria with full kitchen staff, coffee bar and fitness center

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required10+ years of facilities experience, financial services industry experience a plusStrong Microsoft Outlook skills and proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPointHighly organized professional with stellar interpersonal skills

Compensation/Benefits:
