Job Title: Facilities Engineer Job Description This position is responsible for the maintenance and engineering of facilities and property. The role involves specifying, designing, and implementing new equipment and processes. Responsibilities + Maintain and engineer company facilities and property. + Specify, design, and implement new equipment and processes. + Perform HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting. + Conduct preventive maintenance and facilities maintenance tasks. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including hydraulics and compressed air systems. + Handle advanced PLC troubleshooting and programming. + Use and maintain project documentation. + Utilize computer skills for various tasks. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential overtime. The role requires being on-call for phone calls after hours and during weekends. Travel may be required for training and company business.
