Responsible for maintenance activities relating to equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
What You’ll Work On
Coordinate building maintenance and repairs for facility and grounds, partnering with external vendors as needed
Responsible for facility equipment validationMaintain and update all building prints.Monitor HVAC at all times, keep cleanroom and controlled temp/humidity spaces in checkMonitor Walk in Coolers, keep them controlled and maintainedOversees building security with system help from ITStays informed of changes to space assignments in their facilitiesPlan and coordinate all new office systems and furniture installsCoordinates department facility related activities and projectsEnsuring the facilities meet government regulations and environmental requirementsManage MPCA findings with City and State government, make sure all environmental concerns are metAdvising on energy efficiency cost-effectiveness.Provides occupants with updates of electrical, water and other service outages and scheduled shutdownsProject Management of Future Facility upgradesResponsible for space planning for events and meetingCommunity relations with city, state and local businessesRequired Qualifications
2 years secondary education required.1+ years of experience working in a variety of facility environments, including office managementAutoCAD or equivalent or similar systems experience is required.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree - EngineeringExcellent written and verbal communications skill. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issuesWorking knowledge of financial principles and practicesIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet. The base pay for this position is $50,000.00 – $100,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
