Job Title: Facilities Engineer Job Description This position is responsible for the maintenance and engineering of facilities and property owned by the company. It also involves specifying, designing, and implementing new equipment and processes. Responsibilities + Maintain and engineer company facilities and property. + Specify, design, and implement new equipment and processes. + Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. + Handle HVAC, industrial electricity, hydraulics, and compressed air systems. + Use CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD for building maintenance and project documentation. + Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Provide advanced PLC troubleshooting and programming. The position requires being on-call for phone calls after hours and during weekends. Travel may be needed for training and company business.
