**Job Title: Facilities Engineer - Class 1-3**
**Job Description**
As a Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the Boulder Towers, including boilers and HVAC systems. This position involves general labor work, such as basic clean up and facility maintenance, fixing doors, desks, and changing light bulbs. We are open to entry-level candidates.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain boilers and HVAC systems in the Boulder Towers.
+ Perform general labor tasks around the facility.
+ Conduct basic maintenance work such as fixing doors, desks, and changing light bulbs.
+ Assist with facility clean-up and general upkeep.
+ Support maintenance activities on additional floors as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Limited first class or third class license.
+ 2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, particularly with boilers and HVAC systems.
+ Experience working in a multi-building environment is preferred.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ EPA Universal certification.
+ Facilities maintenance experience.

**Work Environment**
This is a climate-controlled environment responsible for maintaining 4 floors in the Boulder Towers. You may also assist with maintenance activities on other floors if caught up.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of TULSA, Oklahoma.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00/hr.
