Facilities Engineering Manager
**Summary:** Meta is seeking a Facilities Engineering Manager. Our labs, buildings and facilities are the foundation upon which our rapidly growing campus efficiently operates and research activities occur supporting the company roadmap. The engineering improvements and operations with a focus on cleanrooms and lab spaces for new and existing buildings and the construction of new buildings are important next steps in the evolution of the Meta’s campus. Leading critical projects cross functionally, supporting building engineering with strategic analyses, implementing innovative technology solutions, and driving critical facilities design are just a few of the challenges for Facilities Engineering Manager. **Required Skills:** Facilities Engineering Manager Responsibilities: 1. Ownership of the Pacific Northwest/West Coast Facilities strategic Initiatives which will evolve annually aligned with business objectives. 2. Ownership and delivery of the Vendor Management Framework for the Integrated Facility Management services in PNW/West Coast. 3. Develop and drive Annual Planning Framework for the PNW/West Coast Facilities Engineering Team (Budgeting, Technology and Sustainability). 4. Drive Standardization and optimization initiatives that will enable efficiencies for the Facilities Engineering Team. 5. Drive innovation and continuous improvement for the Facilities Team leveraging our internal and external partners 6. Ownership and delivery of change management programs associated with specific initiatives. 7. Develop close relationships and partner with cross functional teams to enable the delivery of the above including: Meta Reality Labs, Infrastructure, Culinary, Security, Enterprise Engineering, Legal, and Procurement. 8. Develop and implement regional facilities engineering strategies ensuring statutory compliance, risk management and governance controls across the Integrated Facility Management delivery 9. Management of operational budget and capital asset replacement investment planning 10. Monitor vendor performance and optimize service delivery 11. Monitor, trend, and develop engineering metrics and statistical data for strategic planning 12. Incident management process and controls 13. Develop comprehensive project plans and inform frequently on progress, risks, and schedule. 14. Participate in vendor, supplier, and contractor management at multiple sites. 15. Manage the commissioning process at a high level, ensure that upon completion of new builds that turnover is adequate and process is thorough **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 16. BS in Mechanical or Chemical engineering 17. 12+ years of experience in design, operations and maintenance, experience working in cleanroom and lab environments 18. Knowledge of lab and cleanroom systems, and specialized systems such as RO/DI water, Process Exhaust, specialty gas and bulk gas systems, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, cooling water, water and air treatment and compressed air and vacuum systems 19. Knowledge of industry standards, building codes and safety standards 20. Communication, presentation, project management, and reporting experience 21. Experience to work in a team environment and lead regional and global initiatives 22. Demonstrated skills to provide customer service **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 23. Professional Engineer (PE) registration 24. MS in engineering 25.
