Facilities Engineering Office Coordinator Full-Time Days

The Facilities Engineering Department is looking for an Office Coordinator to support the dynamic department in Boise, ID. This position will be scheduled for 40 hours a week, working Monday - Friday. About the Position: As a Facilities Engineering Office Coordinator, you will assist in coordinating daily operations within the Facilities Engineering department. This includes arranging meetings and appointments, preparing a variety of communications and reports, processing department work orders, routing phone calls and mail appropriately, and managing relationships with a variety of vendors and suppliers in conjunction with department leaders. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proficient in Office 365 applications, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. An ideal candidate will also have knowledge in work order maintenance and purchase order software, reporting, and strong collaboration skills. **Required Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience:** + High school diploma or equivalent required. + 2 years of relevant experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting. **Essential Functions:** + Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions. + Composes, types and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required. + Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls and handles general inquiries. + Schedules / coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements. + Maintains assigned calendar(s). + Establishes and maintains filing systems. + Orders and stocks supplies. + Assists with special projects and interdepartmental needs when appropriate. + Experience with process improvement or lean philosophy preferred. + Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. + Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. + Requires demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking, flexibility, time management, organization, attention to detail and professionalism. + Must be able to work equally well independently and in a team environment. + Requires intermediate computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office applications.
