Sodexo is seeking an experienced Facilities - Maintenance Manager to support our facility services operations at Birmingham Green in Manassas, VA.  This senior living community in Northern Virginia is rich in history and comprised of 3 separate Skilled & Rehab and Assisted Living Resident Homes on campus.   Our Sodexo seniors segment designs elevated experiences to help our seniors thrive.  Working at a senior living community for Sodexo is an opportunity to change the world one resident at a time!  

What You'll Do provide strong strategic level Facilities Operations leadership while working with the client on all matters relating to contract and account operations to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship;manage day-to-day responsibilities including supporting and training team, providing overall planning, strategic facilities innovation and implementation, achieving operations and financial goals and providing direction and guidance to the facilities team; utilize strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, fire protection, safety systems, civil, low voltage, demolition, architectural and energy management.

What You Bring previous facilities maintenance management experience in a senior living or healthcare environment; preferably have CFC and OSHA 10;familiar with TELS as that is the work order platform utilized; andstrong financial acumen and budget management experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years   

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
