What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day facilities maintenance at the client’s datacenter, ensuring timely completion of planned and reactive work to minimize equipment outages.Provide daily instructions and technical support to on-site craft labor and contractors, ensuring efficient operations.Generate and close CMMS work orders and reports for site compliance, trending analysis, and work documentation.Respond to off-hour critical outages, building automation alerts, and alarm notifications, while adhering to EHS compliance SOPs and regulations.Support key compliance programs such as Refrigeration Compliance (RCM), Arc Flash (NFPA 70e), and ensure audit readiness, including CAPAs.Coordinate equipment shutdowns with the Charlotte Technology Center (CTC) and foster collaboration with IT and facilities teams, optimizing work balance and seeking cost-saving solutions. What You Bring Proven technical expertise and experience in managing datacenter operations and equipment, with a strong background in HVAC systems and facilities management.Strong EHS compliance knowledge, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and operational best practices.Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing conditions and effectively manage critical situations.Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office tools, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient work order management.Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of balancing competing priorities while ensuring operational excellence.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage craft personnel and build client trust and confidence.
