Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required and minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance and general repairsMust possess ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populationsMust be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Must be able to perform with minimal supervisionMust possess ability to use office equipment such as scanner, digital camera, copier, printer, fax and phone systems.Must have strong computer skillsMust possess ability to read a map and be willing to travel. Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Must possess ability to work independently or as part of team. Must possess ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Must hold a valid drivers’ license.
$24-26/hour
The Facilities Field Staff is responsible for assisting and performing repairs and improvements to the agency-owned real estate.
