Moderate maintenance work such as mounting TV’s , assembling furniture, changing light bulbs, installing dispensers and other facilities fixtures, painting, drywall repairs
Daily housekeeping work such as cleaning restrooms and kitchen, sweeping and vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, dusting, etc.
Specialized cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, polishing, dusting high cobwebs, window cleaning
Facilitate large item/junk removal; moving of furniture, boxes and related equipment
Organize and refresh stockroom, pantries, restrooms, and supply cabinets
Provide superior customer service to employees
Utilize TRR’s CMMS ticketing program to respond and solve facilities service requests
Assist in department/office moves throughout the authentication center
Other duties as assigned
What You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:
1+ years of general carpentry and handiwork (i.e.- painting and patching walls, caulking and sealing, floor and signage maintenance)
Ability to work full-time and overtime when required
Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds

The expected hourly rate for this role is 19-22. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
