Job Description:
Position Summary: This position is responsible for performing overall maintenance and upkeep for the entire facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that the facility is always in operating condition
Interior / Exterior Lighting
Small Appliance Repair
Painting / Drywall Repair
Office Set-up - tear-down - Furniture Relocating
Perform electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance work
Investigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facility interior
Inspect work performed to ensure it meets the required expectations and standards set by the company and leadership
Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections of the facility
Investigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facility
Assist other maintenance employees with projects and tasks
Assist with Outside Vendor Management / Scheduling
Perform Lockout Tagout
Handle chemicals
Keep work area clean and orderly
Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ability to successfully plan, and complete project work with little supervision
Additional duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation
Ability to become certified in Lockout Tagout
Ability to become certified in Chemical Handling
Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation

Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years maintenance experience
Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Basic math skills
Mechanically inclined
Industrial, and/or Construction work experience
High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:
Work at varying heights under 60 ft.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Push/pull 100 lbs.
Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
Occasionally work in wet and/or humid conditions
Work in a non-climate controlled environment
Separate slabs using a separator tool in both racks and A-frames
Climb in and out of a forklift multiple times throughout shift
Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
Bend over multiple times throughout shift
Ride tricycle throughout facility
Ability to work at multiple site locations (Local)

Steel toed boots
