Your Tasks * The facilities maintenance technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. * Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. * Handling, installing, positioning, moving materials, and manipulating things. * Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment. * Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. * Responsible for arranging PMs, equipment, services, and records. * Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8AM to 4:30PM; overtime as required Your Profile * Familiar with machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. * Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of building * Demonstrated knowledge of equipment maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting, and critical thinking. * Minimum 1 year Maintenance Technician experience * Ability to Commute or Relocate to: North Las Vegas, NV * Physical Requirements: Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment We Offer * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay * 401(k) with company matching up to 6%. * Paid Time Off, including paid holidays. * Flexible Spending Accounts * Voluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more. * Employee Assistance Program * Ongoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training. * Commuter benefits * Employee engagement activities EOE Protected Veterans/Disability
