As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will perform various electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks within an industrial manufacturing environment, ensuring the safe operation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment while adhering to industry standards and managing project requirements.

What We Offer: $23.42 - $37.19 based on experience Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM OR Monday to Thursday | 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent or basic skills assessment required An associate degree from a two-year college or a minimum of five years of relevant experience and/or training in a facilities environment is preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is a plus Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, SAP, and Leading to Lean required Ability to stand for extended periods, including while operating stand-up lifts Capability to repeatedly lift up to 35 lbs. to shoulder height Strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures Ability to work in an environment with moderate noise levels Maintain required vision capabilities, including close, distance, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment Availability for overtime as assigned Compliance with PPE requirements and safety protocols Ability to work at elevated heights when necessary What You’ll Do as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician: Perform maintenance tasks safely within an industrial manufacturing environment Apply advanced electrical skills, including reading and interpreting electrical power and control schematics, terminating wires according to schematics, calculating conduit size and fill, installing conduit, pulling wire, and installing lighting and ballasts Troubleshoot motors and motor control circuits using standard electrical meters, megohmmeters, and specialized test equipment Perform tasks such as racking breakers in and out of 480V switchgear and installing bus plugs and MCC buckets Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical power equipment, including switchgear, MCCs, bus ducts, and panels Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety standards Perform energized electrical work when necessary, following proper safety protocols Operate boom lifts and scissor lifts safely and effectively Work with electrical systems ranging from 24VDC to 480VAC 3-phase, with knowledge of medium voltage systems (above 480V) Apply basic mechanical skills and effectively use a variety of hand and power tools Manage small to medium electrical projects, including material specification and procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and estimating costs and labor requirements Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
