Our client is seeking a Facilities Maintenance to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting the overall operational excellence of the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Facilities Maintenance **Location:** Westside of Jacksonville, FL **Pay Range: $20** **What's the Job?** + Experience routine building and grounds maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance. + Implement preventative maintenance measures and perform daily visual and physical inspections of the facility. + Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies, and oversee the work from outside contractors. + Assist in facility projects with EH&S and other departments as requested. + Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, following safety protocols. **What's Needed?** + High School diploma or equivalent. + At least 5 years of directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. + Ability to communicate in English fluently. + Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Demonstrated excellent organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain valuable experience in facilities maintenance and management. + Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals. + Engage in meaningful projects that contribute to the organization's success. + Work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
