Perks & Benefits Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Medical / Dental Insurance 401k Paid Time Off $25.67 / Hour Employment Type & Shifts Direct Hire 1st Shift Job ResponsibilitiesConduct routine inspections and maintenance of heating, electrical, and air conditioning equipment along with suggesting improvements of these systems to management.Identify and report more complex maintenance needs to management.Assist in the management of facilities projects including budgeting, quoting and vendor management.Identify and recommend building needs.Maintain exterior of the property, including snow removal and general upkeep of the landscape.Do minor carpentry, mechanical, and plumbing repairs.Perform monthly inspection of building safety systems.Operate, plan and purchase tools and equipment required to maintain and repair the facility.Assemble, repair, maintain, and move furniture and related fittings and fixtures and assist in building layout planning.Maintain appropriate records and reports.Inspect facilities and grounds for safety and security.Identify and report hazardous conditions and facility maintenance needs.Serve as liaison with all facility vendors such as electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.Perform other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED3+ years of facilities maintenance work experienceBasic math abilitiesDeadline-driven with strong multi-tasking skillsStrong interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to communicate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.3+ years of experience with Microsoft OfficeSpeak English clearly as well as read/comprehend instructions given in English.Please note, we do not offer sponsorship for this role.
