Sodexo is seeking an onsite Facilities Maintenance Coordinator for airport facilities based in the SeaTac, WA area. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, have excellent interpersonal skills, and must enjoy working with clients, vendors and the coordinator team to achieve excellent customer service. 

 

This position will assist with the resources to complete reactive and preventative work orders with vendors, technicians, and the client, in airport facilities including Cargo, Hangar and Terminal buildings across the USA. 

 

What You'll Do Approach all aspects of the work being performed with safety as the highest priority, ensuring OSHA regulations are followed.Handle routine facilities operations by procuring supplies and services, assigning work orders in CMMS, use written and verbal communication as a liaison between vendors and client.Obtaining accurate proposals, issue purchase orders with NTE, monitor work completion/obtain work completion paperwork, final receipt in CMMS for invoicing.Manage the status of work control and backlog for work order submission to work order completion. Status may include waiting for planning, waiting parts, ready to schedule, scheduled, etc.Actively participate in scheduling meetings with partners to finalize priority of work orders.Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System and capability to create queries and reports. Preferred experience with Maximo CMMS. What We Offer

What You Bring 4+ years of facilities coordination in commercial buildings preferred and airline or airport experience preferred.Associate Degree in Business /Management, Facilities, or another Technical Degree.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.Basic knowledge of building utility systems, including appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.Willingness to work flexible hours, on call weekly rotation (on call is weekends and evenings).Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand and walk for long periods of time.Willing to travel in the United States as needed.
