Dispatch work order requests to vendors this includes communicating via email
Assign work order requests to field supervisors based on their respective areas after dispatching
Verify whether repairs are the responsibility of Caliber or the landlord before dispatching
Create and manage purchase orders and change orders in Workday related to repairs and maintenance
Maintain supplier lists and information updated
Monitor and dispatch repairs for all minor equipment service requests
Identify and escalate work orders requiring additional support
Assist with projects related to Repairs & Maintenance purchase orders
Adapt and evolve with company procedures as necessary
Utilize problem solving skills to identify and respond appropriately to issues
Work effectively as a team player, collaborating with others to achieve goals
Perform other related duties as assigned
Skill/Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong time management skills
