Facilities Maintenance Engineer
Description:Manage a multi-disciplined team to plan and perform asset maintenance to deliver incremental improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).In collaboration with Continuous Improvement Function partners, accountable for deploying the Global Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Program.Implementation of the short and long term Facilities & Maintenance people strategy including competence program, talent and skills acquisition, retention and development.Deliver Facilities & Maintenance savings in line with year on year cost targets.Implement a layered process audit system to provide governance for the Facilities and Maintenance standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Master’s Degree preferred.10+ years of experience in the Manufacturing Operations/Facilities/Maintenance, including managing Critical Spare Parts InventoryServiced production equipment including: CNC/CMM/Vertical Lathes/Ovens/Clean Lines/Plant BoilersMust be eligible to work in the US

Hands-On leadership within a manufacturing environment overseeing both direct and indirect reportsLean or Six Sigma certification by a reputable certifying body or benchmark companyStrong shop floor presences and partnershipExtensive knowledge on aerospace manufacturing procedures and processesDemonstrated ability to lead, engage, train and develop direct reports within the shop floorExperience of working on complex technical projects and programs in global structureAdvanced communication, interpersonal, and influencing skillsProven structured Problem Solving experienceFluent in English language, both written and spokenDetailed knowledge of Maintenance Systems (CMMS)About Actalent
