Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Are you ready to make a difference in the world of facilities maintenance? We’re looking for a motivated Facilities Maintenance Field Technician to join our dynamic team in Denver! In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for both preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. What You’ll Do:
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning coils and changing filters and belts to ensure optimal performance.
Be the Fixer: Inspect and repair the interior and exterior of facilities, including locks, doors, plumbing fixtures, and lighting—your skills will keep our spaces functional and safe.
Safety First: Maintain and document safety equipment like fire extinguishers while ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
Tackle Plumbing Tasks: Handle maintenance on toilets, sinks, drains, water heaters, and more—keeping everything flowing smoothly!
Get Creative: Prepare, prime, and paint building surfaces and perform general handyman tasks to keep our facilities looking great.
Stay Organized: Prioritize and manage preventive maintenance and work orders effectively, ensuring timely completion.
Safety Champion: Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 0-2 years in maintenance or a related field with a basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and CMMS software (Maximo experience is a plus).
Hands-On Skills: Experience or training in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical maintenance is preferred.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
EPA Universal License and knowledge of BAS systems are highly valued.
Familiarity with safety protocols including confined space and hot work permits.
Certifications such as City & Guilds, SMSTMS, IOSH, or NEBOSH are a bonus.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
