This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term career potential, offering a company vehicle and gas card for travel between job sites. You’ll bring expertise in one key area (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations) while demonstrating multi-trade skills in other areas. **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Keeping buildings in top shape by maintaining mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems + Hitting the road (with a company vehicle and gas card!) to keep multiple facilities running smoothly + Tackling HVAC systems, troubleshooting equipment, and keeping everything working at peak performance + Monitoring and adjusting building systems to ensure everything is running like a well-oiled machine + Staying ahead of the game with preventative maintenance, inspections, and quick fixes + Keeping your workspace and tools clean, organized, and ready for action + Working with outside contractors to make sure every job is done right + Spotting safety hazards before they become a problem and keeping the workplace safe for everyone **What You Bring to the Table:** + 5-7 years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems + A knack for diagnosing and fixing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC issues + EPA 608 Type II Certification – you know your way around HVAC systems + Solid computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel won’t slow you down + A valid driver’s license – because you’ll be rolling in a company vehicle with a gas card + High school diploma or equivalent – we value skills and experience **Bonus Points If You Have:** + EPA 608 Universal Certification – the more certifications, the better! + Technical training in Electrical Systems, Refrigeration, or HVAC – knowledge is power **Why You’ll Love This Job:** + $33/hr + Temp-to-Perm Opportunity – A solid paycheck with long-term career potential + Company Vehicle & Gas Card – No out-of-pocket travel expenses, just smooth rides to each job site + A Job That Keeps You Moving – No sitting behind a desk all day + Work with a Great Team – Be part of a crew that values your skills and hard work **Ready to get started?
