If you have expertise in **Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations** , this role is for you! **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Maintain and repair **Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control Systems** to keep facilities up to standard. + Travel between multiple facilities, ensuring **proper functionality** of all building systems. + Take responsibility for **preventative maintenance, inventory control, purchasing, and contractor management** . + Perform **equipment maintenance** , including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts to keep HVAC systems operating efficiently. + Record **readings, make adjustments** , and ensure all equipment is running at peak performance. + Safely store, use, and dispose of **hazardous materials** , maintaining a clean and safe workplace. + Perform **tool and instrument inventory checks** to keep equipment in working order. + Oversee **maintenance work performed by outside contractors** , ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. + Follow all **safety protocols** , recognize hazards, and propose corrective actions. **What You Bring to the Table:** + **5-7 years** of experience in commercial building maintenance and repairs. + Ability to **diagnose and repair** Commercial or Industrial **Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems** . + **EPA 608 Type II Certification** – required for HVAC work. + Proficiency in **Microsoft Word and Excel** for documentation and reporting. + **Valid driver’s license** – required for site travel. + **High school diploma or equivalent** – we prioritize experience and technical skills. **Bonus Points If You Have:** + **EPA 608 Universal Certification** – additional qualifications are a plus! + **Technical training** in Electrical Systems, Refrigeration, or HVAC – specialized knowledge is highly valued. **Why You’ll Love This Job:** + **$33/hr + Temp-to-Perm Opportunity** – Competitive pay with long-term career growth potential. + **Company Vehicle & Gas Card** – No personal travel expenses. + **Active, Hands-On Role** – Work in a fast-paced, on-the-go environment. + **Supportive Team Environment** – Work with professionals who value your expertise. **Ready to get started?
