This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the smooth operation of critical MEPF equipment and lead a talented technical team. **Key Responsibilities** + Manage a team to ensure optimal operation of UPSs, generators, fire systems, and leak detection systems. + Conduct daily huddles to facilitate effective shift handovers. + Review BMS alarms and coordinate 52 weeks of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM). + Manage vendor activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and timely quotations. + Oversee reactive work orders, ensuring timely closure within SLA. + Provide 24/7 offsite support for breakdowns and conduct periodic campus walk-throughs. **Requirements:** + Proven experience in team management. + Background in electrical engineering (ideal). + Familiarity with MEP equipment. + Previous experience in facilities management (preferred) and in the banking industry (preferred). + Flexible to travel to other sites. + Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
