Our company is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee all of our facilities. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are maintained and that our custodial and maintenance employees are trained. They will also be responsible for compliance inspections. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence and will be able to inspire their team to exceed expectations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

\n\nManage facilities staff to deliver maintenance and operations services\nManage facilities new property and project planning tasks\nAssist with the hiring of on-site and facilities staff\nDirect contracted service providers associated with facility maintenance and operations\nDevelop policies and procedures for the use of supplies and facilities\nMaintains safety records\nManages safety meeting material\nConducts safety meetings\nManages process for all work order and facility quotes when applicable\nOn-site HOA inspection of properties per Rules and Regulations\nOther duties as assigned\n\n Requirements

Requirements:

\n\nKnowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)\nKnowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)\nKnowledge of HVAC, including codes and maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)\nKnowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements\nKnowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements\nKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)\nProficient in Microsoft office, outlook and word programs\nProfessional customer service skills\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills\nMust be able to pass a drug screen and background check\nMust have a clean driving record as this person will be driving a company vehicle\nExperienceRequired:a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management\n\n

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to:

\n

Lifting (up to 50 pounds unassisted), bending, standing, climbing, crawling, reaching, kneeling, stooping, pulling, grasping, using hands and fingers or walking, clear vision (with/without corrective lens), clear hearing (with/without hearing device). Must have full range of motion. Must be able to handle materials safely.
