Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm (On-call as needed)

Manage and coordinate all maintenance-related activities of a smaller non-automated or automated facility while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

What You’ll Do:Lead & Develop a Top-Tier Team – Train, mentor, and manage maintenance personnel to ensure peak performance in a fast-paced, automated environment.Ensure Safety & Compliance – Implement and enforce fire, safety, environmental, and risk management programs, including PSM & RMP regulatory compliance.Optimize Equipment & Automation – Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to maximize uptime.Drive Energy Efficiency & Cost Control – Collaborate with the General Manager to optimize utility consumption, energy management, and budget adherence.Support Automation & Innovation – Work closely with automation vendors during hardware/software commissioning and planned maintenance events.Oversee Capital Projects – Provide input on future facility upgrades, energy efficiency initiatives, and automation enhancements.Lead Site-Specific Improvements – Partner with Network Optimization teams to enhance facility design and implement forward-thinking solutions.What You Bring:3+ years of experience managing facility maintenance, including workforce planning and project execution.4+ years of experience in an automated warehouse, distribution center, or industrial facility (for automated sites).Hands-on experience with ammonia, Freon, or CO₂ refrigeration systems in temperature-controlled environments.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, including PLC troubleshooting and warehouse robotics.Expertise in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plans (RMP).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.Ability to analyze complex problems, think strategically, and implement solutions in high-stakes environments.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organization.Comfortable working in extreme temperature environments (from -20°F in frozen storage to 100°F in dry storage) while wearing company-provided PPE.Ability to adapt to high-noise industrial environments with varying levels of automation.Why Lineage?Industry Leader – Work with the best in the cold storage and logistics industry.Innovation-Driven – Be at the forefront of automation and facility optimization.Growth & Advancement – Endless opportunities to develop your technical and leadership skills.Team Culture – A family-oriented, high-accountability work environment where your contributions matter.

Pay Range:$75,400.00 - $135,600.00
