Job Description
You will become a member of our site Maintenance Team which includes five Facilities Associates, a Facilities Supervisor, and a Site Facilities Manager. With a safety-focused mindset and under minimum supervision from the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations assigned to the four buildings onsite. You will need to handle various aspects of commercial and industrial building maintenance, including limited grounds maintenance, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency repair, and snow removal.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machines, including Lathe and Vertical Machining Center. Minimum experience with HAAS, Matsuura is preferred.Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and grounds keeping tasks as needed.Basic troubleshooting and moderate repairs to HVAC/RTU units are preferred.Assist with projects such as reconfiguring buildings, moving office space, and other facilities functions.Assist with the inventory and maintenance of existing assets and equipment.Complete all documentation for work performed in a timely manner.Respond to emergency call-ins (on scheduled days) during storms or natural disasters that require grounds to be cleared of debris, snow, or ice.Perform basic building maintenance functions such as equipment repair, building mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair, and grounds keeping.Interact with various levels within the organization.Perform all other duties as assigned.Essential Skills3+ years related experience in facilities maintenance.Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and other repair work.Ability to lift 50+ lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be capable of working with and operating ladders, man lifts, forklifts, and other types of equipment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Our work environment features a clean, climate-controlled facility with multiple buildings in one compound. Shift times are flexible, starting at 6am, 7am, or 8am, and ending at 2:30pm, 3:30pm, or 4:30pm.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
