RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee, prioritize, and supervise departmental personnel as well as sub-contractors. Train and review work performance of employees. Provide guidance and assist subordinates in solving and/or answering maintenance problems and questions. Inspect facilities serviced to see that quality of work is maintained. Investigate complaints and make recommendations for improvements. Locate, purchase or order electrical/plumbing/HVAC parts and supplies for repair of existing facilities and new construction projects. Read construction prints to order required materials. Work directly with other Maintenance Departments and plant personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS
A two-year technical degree and five years of prior related experience is preferred. Good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge are desirable for this position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
