Facilities Maintenance Tech
Our client in the maintenance industry is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting the Facilities Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a can-do attitude, and technical knowledge of all building systems. **Job Title:** Facilities Maintenance II **Location:** Lititz, PA **What's the Job?** + Perform duties in a safe, productive, and cost-effective manner that complies with all company quality, safety and regulatory policies to include proper use of PPE. + Perform facility repairs, preventative maintenance, and janitorial services as assigned. + Fabricates new equipment or supplemental pieces when needed. + Repairs, replaces and maintains building systems and equipment to support production. + Manages vendors during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers, etc.) and ensures vendors are in compliance with Sechan’s security and safety protocols. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Vocational or Technical certification preferred. + 3 years previous experience in HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. + Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (Electrical, HVAC, etc) + Basic computer skills. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with a leading company in the maintenance industry. + Competitive pay and benefits package. + Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. + Work-life balance with a 9/80 work schedule. + Chance to work in a safe and clean work environment.
