New Holland , PA school district is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech to join their team! **Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Tech** **Location: New Holland, PA** **Pay Range: $16-17** **Temp to hire!** **Shift- 2nd** **What’s the Job?** + Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and inspections. + Ensure all facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. + Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. + Assist with setting up and breaking down for events and meetings. + Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. + Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient facility operations. + Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues. + Follow all safety protocols and procedures. **What’s Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. + Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. + Good work history with reliable attendance. + Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and TB test. + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. + Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. + Comfortable working in various environmental conditions.
