Knowledge of regulatory codes and standards. Duties may include/involve plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical, painting and general building upkeep. + Performs quality repairs, refinishing, modifications to doors, walls, ceilings, windows floors. + Performs quality repairs to or modifications to electrical systems. + Performs quality repairs to or modifications to plumbing systems. + Demonstrates ability to operate emergency generator for emergency startup or testing, including generator documentation requirements. + Understand the basic functions of building/maintenance trades. + Ability to ascertain information from plumbing, mechanical and electrical blueprints. + Understand the maintenance requirements for facility equipment. + Ability to perform and document routine inspections + Ability to perform basic repairs, maintenance, or modifications to electrical and lighting systems. Performs minor electrical maintenance including replacing lightbulbs and removing/installing general light fixtures + Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.). + Reconfigures, installs, positions, and or remount office furniture and space (e.g. furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, etc.) to accommodate user needs and maximize office space using various hand tools + Order parts and maintain required documents. + Performs other work related duties as assigned. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
