**Job Title: Asset Technician** **Job Description** Perform HVAC and plumbing repairs and replacements, including compressor repairs and furnace installations. Conduct general maintenance and repairs in various areas of residential construction, such as plumbing/sewer, electrical, drywall, paint, carpentry, masonry, roofing, and excavation. Complete tasks efficiently and according to industry standards and company guidelines. Cover an average of 200 miles per day.
