Adecco is sourcing for a **PERMANENT- Direct Hire Facilities Maintenance Technician** role in the **Largo, FL** area. This will be a great opportunity for someone that has good experience with both inside and outside facilities maintenance. Handling repair, adjustments, and maintenance of a large 100,000 square foot facility. You will work under the supervision, ensuring equipment and systems are maintained to the highest of standards. **Requirements and Responsibilities:** · Must be able to perform and oversee general and preventative maintenance; electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs on fixtures and equipment. · Oversee the installation and relocation of equipment. · Maintain and repair production support for air compressors, air dryers, and vacuum systems. · Conduct simple engineering calculations and update mechanical prints as needed. · Ensure all air conditioning and ventilation equipment operates within manufacturer specifications. · Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow preventive maintenance procedures. · Adhere to safety and health regulations, as well as company security policies. · Ensure repairs are performed in a professional manner that meets industry standards and code requirements. · Establish and facilitate preventive maintenance schedules and activities. · Maintain logs and records of all repairs and improvements. · Self-motivated and driven. · Good solid work ethics. · Perform maintenance and repairs such as: o Electrical and lighting/Preferred Licensed Electrician. o Interior and exterior o Painting, drywall, and carpentry o HVAC and Plumbing experience. o Equipment experience: Scissor lifts, electric pallet jacks, air compressors etc.. o · Strong relationship-building skills, dealing with vendors and internal staff. · Ability to climb ladders, lift overhead. · Valid driver’s license. · Able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. · HS Diploma or equivalent. · MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) · 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance work. **Great company benefits!** **Work for a Global Manufacturing company that makes a difference!** **We have 1st and 3rd shifts!** **1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm** **3rd shift 11:00pm-7:00am** **$25.00-$30.00 based on experience and shift differential on 3rd shift.** **GREAT COMPANY BENEFITS!** Click on apply now for immediate consideration for this **Permanent-Direct Hire Facilities Maintenance Technician** role in **Largo, FL!** **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
