**Job Description** + Perform all equipment and systems diagnostics, corrective repairs, and maintenance associated within the facilities, including: production equipment, building equipment, and utilities. + Systems include lighting, HVAC, compressed air, hot and cold water systems, electrical, and all similar systems located throughout the facilities. + Conduct preventative and predictive equipment maintenance to ensure optimum reliability and up-time. + Maintain the integrity of the facilities and operating equipment to ensure safety requirements are met and a safe, reliable product is delivered to customers. + Utilize and maintain the preventative maintenance system, following all computer-based and paper processes for work order completion and documentation. + Lead projects to purchase, remove, install, or make operational equipment needed to meet production needs efficiently. + Schedule and monitor all work performed by outside contractors to ensure it meets required timelines and industry standards. **Hard Skills** + Diagnostics of equipment and systems + Corrective repairs + Maintenance of production and building equipment + Preventative and predictive maintenance + Root cause analysis + Project management + Coordination with outside contractors **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
