**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general facilities updates, upgrades, and special projects in the plant. **Responsibilities** + Concrete patching and repair + Drywall patch and repair + Facilities paint prep and painting + Floor repair and painting + Light carpentry + Light plumbing + Bathroom fixture replacements **Essential Skills** + 5+ years direct experience in a commercial or industrial setting + Concrete patch and repair skills + Light carpentry + Paint prep and commercial painting + Facilities maintenance **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with light fixtures and plumbing + Proficiency in facilities repair **Why Work Here?** Our company offers paid holidays during the contract period. The environment is hot and humid, and slip-resistant shoes are required due to oil from fryers. The dress code includes jeans or work pants, with a preference for steel-toe shoes. The company provides PPE such as safety glasses, ear protection, and welding gear.
