Join us now!_ **Shift** : Monday-Friday 1st shift (7a-3:30p) **Type** : Contract to hire **Pay** : $21/hr _The Facilities Maintenance Technician will assist with replacing ceiling tiles, patching, painting, and assisting with facility maintenance projects._ **Requirements:** + High school diploma or GED + Applied maintenance experience in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred + Knowledge of HVAC systems required **Responsibilities:** + Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and fixtures. + Conduct general maintenance activities primarily on machinery and related equipment. + Maintain repair and maintenance records. + Maintain building electrical system and heating and cooling equipment. + Perform maintenance or general carpentry on items such as doors, floors, docks, overhead doors, roof downspouts, product racks, materials handling equipment, etc. + Troubleshoot problems and escalate the most complex issues.
