**Job Title: HVAC Specialist/Plumbing Specialist/Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as HVAC Specialists, Plumbing Specialists, and Electricians. These roles involve providing routine and emergency maintenance for campus buildings, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for students, faculty, and staff. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine and emergency HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance. + Work closely with internal customers including students, faculty, and staff to resolve maintenance issues and work orders. + Collaborate with a team of 10-12 multi-craft mechanics under the direction of the Zone Manager and Working Supervisor. + Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems including lighting, carpentry, drywall, and painting. **Essential Skills** + Completion of a trade school program. + Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance. + Proficiency in facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance. + Strong skills in carpentry, painting, and drywall. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. **Why Work Here?** By joining our team, you will gain access to outstanding benefits from your first day, including opportunities for raises and promotions. Each zone has a satellite shop where a team of 10-12 technicians operate to provide both routine and emergency maintenance.
