**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on existing buildings and properties. This role involves working in small teams of 1-2 people for a large general contractor. Typical work hours range from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts. This position requires availability for on-call needs to handle after-hours calls. Required personal protective equipment includes leather boots above the ankle, safety glasses, a hard hat, and high-visibility clothing. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
