CACI, Azure Summit Technology, LLC provides a wide range of multi-channel, software-defined radio solutions for applications including surveillance, communications, radar, direction finding, emitter location, and interference cancellation. What will you do?
CACI, Azure Summit Technology, LLC is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician. This position is located at our Fairfax, VA, facility. There may be occasional travel our location in Germantown, MD.
The successful applicant will become part of a world-class team and work collaboratively with an outstanding group of geographically dispersed employees to support the development and production of advanced electronic systems for the DoD and other customers.
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assisting the Facility Manager in all aspects of facilities management for Azure Summit Technology’s Fairfax, VA, facilities, and Germantown facility. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, changing priorities, and a team environment.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assist Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Fairfax, VA and Germantown, MD facilities and respond to emergenciesMaintain facility appearance standardsComplete basic facility tasks at multiple facilities, including:Light electrical - changing light ballastsLight plumbing - toilet and faucet repairsLight door work - adjusting door closers, adjusting hinges, changing door handlesDrywall/paintingGrounds inspections and repairsDaily HVAC equipment and BMS checksScheduled runs between Azure’s multiple facilities assisting the warehouse in moving equipment and materialEscort service providers and other visitors as neededCommunicate with building representatives as neededActivities to include hands-on supervision of multiple vendors (i.e., plumbers, electricians, etc.)Assist Facility manager with calibration of equipment and calibration log sheetComplete daily walk throughs in facilities identifying, correcting, or reporting any issues that may cause a safety hazardAssist Facilities Manager with, personnel, outside agencies, and programs to ensure successful execution of on-site activities, meetings, events, and operationsOversee facilities while facility manager is off site, or out of the officeEnsure compliance with approved standards and policies relating to office space and furnishingsBasic Requirements
US citizenship, due to the nature of the work and contract requirementAbility to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance, due to the nature of the work and contract requirementHigh school diplomaMinimum 2 years of facilities maintenance experiencePreferred Requirements

The proposed salary range for this position is:
