Our client, a leader in critical infrastructure, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting the maintenance of essential mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Facilities Maintenance Technician (NIGHT SHIFT) **Location:** Fayetteville, GA **Pay Range:** $25-32/HR on Experis W2 **What's the Job?** + Provide necessary escort to third-party contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and service providers on site. + Perform basic monitoring of the performance of maintenance and operations of equipment within the data center. + Conduct visual or non-intrusive preventative maintenance tasks. + Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work. + Assist with preventative maintenance of critical systems such as CRAH and AHU. + Schedule: Night Shift, 12-hours, Thu-Sat/Wed-Sat. **What's Needed?** + All candidates must hold an OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification. + Experience with mechanical systems in high availability environments such as datacenters or hospitals. + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. + 1+ year(s) work/applied learning experience in technical fields. + Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
