Facilities Maintenance Technician
**Facilities Maintenance Technician Temp but could convert** **8:00am-5:00pm M-F** **$25-$28/hr DOE** **Bothell, WA** **Job Summary:** Join our dynamic team as a **Facilities Maintenance Technician** in Bothell, WA! This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your skills in maintaining and enhancing our commercial facilities over the next 2 to 3 months. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our building systems operate smoothly and efficiently, providing an inviting environment for our employees. If you are highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you! **Job Specifications:** **- Location: US-WA-Bothell** **- Pay Rate: $24-$28/hr** **- Shift: 8am-5:00pm (flexible) M-F with some overtime** **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems to manage operating costs. - Coordinate maintenance and project-related activities effectively. - Monitor computerized HVAC control systems. - Conduct repairs and maintenance throughout the facility, including changing light bulbs, sweeping, filter changes, vacuuming, dusting, touch-up painting, and general project repairs. - Assist with building issues related to door hardware and manage all building keys while ensuring compliance with fire/life safety codes. - Set up furniture as necessary to support business operations and special events. - Respond promptly to routine calls and emergency situations, interfacing with Department representatives on all emergency issues. - Manage daily facility requests and work orders submitted to the Facilities Department. - Coordinate and monitor repairs of office equipment, building systems, or furniture with contracted vendors and suppliers. - Maintain proper inventory for building-related supplies and products. - Carry out tasks and duties to support the goals of the Facilities Department and adhere to the company's quality system. **Qualifications & Skills:** **- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC.** - Proven ability to handle basic building repairs and maintenance. - Excellent customer service attitude when interacting with employees. - Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office products. - Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs with or without accommodations. \#CB #P1 #P2 As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
