Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician for a long-term commitment to our 2nd or 3rd shift positions. The successful candidate will perform general facilities maintenance, preventive maintenance, and respond to service calls. This role includes project-based work such as setting up and tearing down decorations, with no HVAC work as this is outsourced.

ResponsibilitiesPerform general facilities maintenance, preventive maintenance, and service calls.Handle project-based work, including setting up and tearing down Christmas lights and decorations.Perform plumbing tasks such as maintaining sinks, drains, faucets, toilets, urinals, and piping.Conduct electrical work including maintaining security systems, alarm systems, outlets, sockets, and lights.Carry out groundskeeping duties such as trash and landscape pick up, as needed.Perform light carpentry tasks, including maintaining doors and locks.Essential Skills2+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a commercial, industrial, or residential setting.Proficiency in plumbing maintenance.Experience with electrical maintenance.Groundskeeping skills.Light carpentry skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsHVAC maintenance and certifications.Pool maintenance and certifications.Plumbing licenses.High School Diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license with the ability to pass MVR and be insurable.Reliable vehicle.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work in the common areas such as halls, entrances, bathrooms, outdoors, and breezeways of Easton Mall. Note that you will not be responsible for the maintenance of individual stores as tenants handle their own maintenance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
