**Job Title: Facilities Technician**
**Job Description**
Perform a variety of maintenance tasks requiring the skill, training, and experience of a skilled facility associate. This includes replacing windows, screens, and spouting, repairing plumbing issues, covers for switches and outlets, and apartment appliances such as ranges and refrigerators. Additionally, prepare vacant units for new occupancy by patching and painting walls, replacing cabinets and countertops, stripping and waxing floors, and performing necessary plumbing and electrical upgrades.
**Responsibilities**
+ Replace windows, window glass, screens, and spouting.
+ Repair plumbing issues including clogged drains, pipes, faucets, and toilets.
+ Repair covers for switches and outlets.
+ Replace and repair apartment appliances, including ranges and refrigerators.
+ Prepare vacant units for new occupancy by patching and painting walls, replacing cabinets and countertops, and stripping and waxing floors.
+ Perform necessary plumbing and electrical upgrades as needed.

+ Mid-level knowledge of common methods, practices, and materials used in maintenance and repair work of buildings.
+ Knowledge of tools used in building maintenance.
+ Mid-level understanding of electrical and plumbing systems and repair.
+ Ability to troubleshoot.
+ Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and insurable under the company’s plan.
+ Ability to work independently.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
